Clean up Playground 

1. The page is now using client-side react thanks to unpkg
2. It uses es6 modules for the init script for the Ace editor
3. It drops the `console-to-div` dependency and implements a simple React component that echos the console calls to the screen
4. It changes the layout of the page a bit

This should close #5
