feat(core): Kernel, Subsystems & EntryPoint

This pull requests refactors the internals of Girders Elements.

It adds modularity and extensibility via the introduction of subsystems and the kernel.
It allows multiple EntryPointss (top level react components) to be linked a single store (i.e. the new kernel).

It also updates the API of the data.* function; they are now ramda-curried to allow for more idiomatic usage with Ramda.

BREAKING CHANGE: signature of `zip.elementZipper` changed from

(data, children) => loc  to
(config) => (data) => loc (hard-curried)
