phpunit-mock-objects does not support HHVM

HHVM is not officially supported in phpunit-mock-objects.
See https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit-mock-objects/issues/373
for more information.

We work around this lack of support by restricting the list of mocked
methods to the two we need.
