Add single task par loop monitor

initializeProgress and monitorProgress! functions have been added for a single task executing in parallel over multiple workers.  progressArray in this case has elements for each available worker and the progress is accumulated across it for the single task.

Test suite has been revised to test multi and single task version of progress monitor at 1, 4, and Sys.CPU_CORES added workers.  Each task is replicated without the monitor running to compare run times.  A significant performance hit is observed so future changes should examine why and how to improve it.
