Introduce ResourceFieldInformationProvider and ModuleExtension #96

- used to modularize/simplify the various ResourceInformationProvider.
- Jackson-specific logic partially moved into JacksonModule (needs further work).
- renaming from XyInformationBuilder to XyInformationProvider
- introduced ModuleExtension to support dependencies between modules
- meta model construction simplified by letting the JpaModule enrich the MetaModule with new provides trough a ModuleExtension. Allowed to drop the customized information builder setups and rely on the  default ones coming with the repositories.
