For Travis-CI, Drop Python3.3 automated testing and start 3.5

Travis-CI has migrated to a newer Linux distro that no longer
provides Python3.3. (It is possible to use old containers, but
that seems unnecessary; we'll drop automated testing of 3.3
and starting automated testing of 3.5 (so we now test 2.7, 3.4,
and 3.5).
