Request caching and branding re-name. (#4)

* refactor() Request caching and branding re-name.

- Adding support for "caching" the request the parsing does to save on
requests. This basically memoize's the fetch method for each "instance"
of the parse method call.
- Change the name of the Beam method to Mixer as per re-brand.
- Update the tests to reflect the "cache" change.

* fix(request): allow sending back the text response for text APIs.

* fix(parser): fix issue with not lowercasing on checking the methods.

* feat(pretzel): add support for pretzel song getting.
