enums.py - Added the "REPLAY_WATCHING" enum missing in GameState
stream.py - Altered the socket read (line #32) to also read the IP
address of the UDP Packet sender - useful if more than one client is on
the local LAN
	- Added the IP address to be sent to the listener's handlePacket
	method
