Added version foreign key to tag object

Since the security field indicating vulnerable software packages
is managed by the Version object, adding a link to the package
version in the Tag object allows to quickly determine which
SWID tags belong to vulnerable software. Information about
software installed on devices is stored in the TagStats object.
Thus the relationshiop device - tagstats - tag - version - security
allows to quickly determine all vulnerable endpoints.
