Merge pull request #96 from openlcb/bracz-cdi-coloredcopy

CDI UI additions and updates

- makes the event Copy button change color and text when the user presses it, so that it is visually clear what got copied.
- adds a Reboot button to restart the node being configured. 
- adds an Update Complete button.
- moves the additional buttons (including reset, update complete, and whatever JMRI might add, like Make All Sensors and Make All Turnouts) to a popup menu that's hidden by default. This saves real-estate in the bottom bar and makes the user interface less cluttered.
- Automatically sends an Update Complete datagram when the user closes.
