always log to STDERR

Right now we don't have any control over logging, and I'm not sure how
I want that to work, but the default behavior of Mojolicious is to log
to a file if there exists a directory named "log" in the MOJO_HOME
directory. This is unpredictable, so now we simply always log to STDERR.
