Fix bugs introduced by pull-request #129.

Pull-request #129 made transitions containing "event<_>" being fully
considered when looking for a match for an event.
However, accidentally this broke compilation for specialized events
(e.g. "on_entry<_>", "on_exit<_>" ...). The compiler tries to
recursively instantiate a template until it hits the maximum template
depth.

This commit fixes that problem and restores the old behavior for
specialized events.

NOTE:
Specialized events should be further investigated as they probably could
need some similar fixes/improvements as was done for "event<_>".
