engine/UI: fix force HTP/LTP (fix #854)

This fixes several things:
- HTP/LTP status of a channel is retrieved from Fixture and not from Universe
- if a channel is restored back to its original HTP/LTP state, it is removed from the forced list
- if forced HTP/LTP lists are empty, they are cleared in Fixture as well
- if forced HTP/LTP lists change, Universe is now refreshed with all the updated states
+ goodie: expand/collapse all in Channel Selection dialog
