* Add sudo_password field for auths

This lets users specify a password to be used to authenticate when
running sudo on a remote machine.

* Use sudo passwords in scans

Make use of sudo passwords to authenticate to remote machines. Using
passwords requires that a Rho fact uses Ansible's 'become' feature,
not raw sudo.

* Update tasks to use 'become' for sudo

This lets Rho use a user-supplied sudo password with them.

* Documentation for sudo passwords

Plus a few miscellaneous fixes.

* Improve testing envionment for sudo-with-a-password

* Make sudo password a prompt instead of an input variable.
