First round of support;
- fix SingleImportPerStatementFixer not handling trailing comma correctly
- additional tests for SingleImportPerStatementFixer
- additional test for OrderedImportsFixerTest

This doesn't solve all issues for PHP 7.2 support, but it is a good first round I think :)
