ipyvolumejs versioning, require config, bug fix

- added version number to ipyvolume.js and three.js
- added require-config script, to allow ipyvolume to sit in
script_folder
- removed offline_req option, since (by default) files are only
downloaded if they are not already present
- changed wembed.embed_minimal_html -> wembed.embed_snippet, to fix
errors which occur if the template includes {} characters (as in bokeh
example)
