Remove GenieException constructors that produce non-descriptive messages

Genie exceptions allowed construction without a message.
The parent GenieException would in this case use the error code as a string.

In some cases, these errors are propagated to the UI and shown to user as simply "500", which is not informative.

This change removes all such constructors and changes classes using them to add a more descriptive message.
