Process posts via processor

This allows template language directives to be used in posts in those
cases where they would normally be munged or eaten by the Conversion
process. For example, prior to this change, trying to use
Text::Xslate's Kolon syntax (`<: like_this :>`) wouldn't work in blog
posts formatted in Markdown, because the leading `<` would get escaped
to `&lt;`.

This will slow down rendering a bit, I'm sure, but it ends up being
way more useful.
