Fix bug in sensitivity routines that occurs when using Pardiso solver (#6)

* Add Pardiso as option for solver type argument to getMaxwellTimeParam.

* Fix bug in sensitivity routines that only occurs with Pardiso. For some reason mkl pardiso needs a system matrix every time it gets called, even if just the solve phase is being executed.
