Fixes following review

Changes include
  - Not preventing multi-character delimiters
  - Indicating multi-chracter delimiters are only supported in paste
    operations, mainly because handleKeyDown will not deal with them
  - Changing the default delimiterChars to be consistent with the
    set of default delimiter keycodes
