* MAID-2214 feat/Add FFI binding functions and strcucts for shareMData request

* MAID-2215 feat/Expose `genShareMDataUri` function to request permissions for a shared MutableData

* MAID-2216 test/Create tests for shareMD requests

* feat/Set network state callback function only if it's provided so if an app needs to login again with another URI (authorising additional containers or shared MD) it doesn't need to provide the callback again

* Fixed mdata permission to adapt updated APIs and integrated mdata meta data support

* Assigned md_metadata_key as const

* MAID-2229 feat/MutableData: allow to set the metadata with the quickSetup function

* chore/Upgrade safe_app lib to v0.1.0-pre46
