Massive refactor of the tests
Most tests were duplicated at 90% between the *_count and the *_exists versions. They are now each merged into one test, using an assert that check both.
Added a multitude of tests for some edge cases.
Fixed a bug with the *_count method when intermediary records were missing, as it would evaluate the condition on NULL instead of zero.
