Added printing of DTD errors to log print (#107)

* Added printing of DTD errors to log print

This is necessary since in Travis the only error message is, e.g., 'epidoc DTD error' and unless the user can run HookTest locally, they will not be able to discover their error, especially if they are not using a fully functional XML editor like Oxygen

* Updated CHANGES.TXT and bumped version in setup.py

* Added newest epidoc.rng

* Various fixes to epidoc testing
