ui: fix VC XYPad handling of an EFX preset (fixes #990)

By making use of attributes override, it is no longer needed to make a copy of an EFX function,
but instead it is safe to override its attributes while it is running.
This also fixes
- a missing slot in EFXEditor
- resets the last assigned override attribute ID in the Function class
