Use Keyv as storage engine (#6)

* Use Keyv internally for cache

* Allow passing in conneciton uri or storage adapter instance

* Namespace Keyv instance

* Store responses past TTL by default

* Update tests to allow opts to be passed through

So we can enable TTL to stop TTL test failing

* Make sure cache.set errors are emitted

* Make sure cache.delete errors are emitted
