scripts/server: Launch redis-server by default

Rather than require that the user always start redis-server separately,
the `./go serve` command will attempt to launch it automatically if it
isn't already running. Stoping the `./go serve` script with CTRL-C will
also automatically stop the redis-server.

Also contains tweaks to the header comment for the ./go script itself.
