Accomodated for changes in scrapper_helpers, unified additional_assets (#6)

* Added an "address" field to the scraped category

* Added "additional_rent" field to scraped offer

* Unified numeric values in scraped offer so that the types match the content

* Corrected the get_number_from_string method

* Fixed line too long error in offer.py

* Added int and float wrappers and refactored get_number_from_string method

* Added default return value to _float and _int when the cast fails.

* Redone additional_assets so that it's unified across backends

* Fixed flake8
