Migrate from native-or-bluebird to any-promise (#62)

This changes the promise wrapper implementation from the deprecated
native-or-bluebird to any-promise. es6-promise is used as fallback for
older Node.js versions and environments lacking Promise support.

* Drop any-promise and use built-in Promises.
* Update 'engines' to >= Node.js 4.
* Update Node.js versions for CI.
* Drop multi-promise testing from Travis matrix.
* Upgrade coverage and linting to LTS version.
* Drop Bluebird note in Readme :wink:
