Commit Message

Move file operations from ShowUnusedPublicAssets command to task

This way:

- we keep logic away from the "stupid" console command wrapper, making
  tests easier
- we need to validate the user provided file only once
- we can change the file operations (e.g. streaming for large files)
  without changes to the API

Remove redundancy by using FileSystem helper.
