Update confirmation emails for comped attendees (#223)

* Send confirmation emails to comped attendees
Adds an automated email to attendees with free badges, and changes the attendee_confirmation template to accommodate that. Also adjusts the group confirmation email to go to group leaders if their groups are free (since they won't get an email otherwise). Finally, adds the hotel disclaimer to the group payment email, since it's the only email group leaders will get as confirmation of their registration. * Make "don't remember claiming a badge" show up for group leaders
Much like comped badges, admins are liable to fill in the info for a group leader of a free group. Since the attendee_confirmation only goes out to group leaders if they're in free groups, we can simply show the extra disclaimer to any group leader that gets this email.
