adding catalog and mesh objects for multiple species

The following changes implemented:
- rename CatalogMeshSource to CatalogMesh
- create nbodykit/source/catalogmesh directory
- add MultipleSpeciesCatalog and MultipleSpeciesCatalogMesh
- allow slicing of CatalogSource with list of column names to select certain columns
- add a base class to CatalogSource that doesn't deal with size, for use in MultipleSpeciesCatalog
- re-work FKPCatalog and FKPCatalogMesh to use the multiple species classes (for "data" and "randoms")
