Remove web hamdler. (Breaking change) (#254)

This change removes the support for HTTP Callbacs.
This mechanism is deprecated and will be removed in
futre Marathon releases.

Breaking changes:

* Remove `sse-enabled` and `web-enabled` flags

Fixes: #253
