feat(compose): Implement compose function (#2)

Implemented base `compose` function using TDD approach. Wrote tests for each configuration and then did the implementation. Ended up getting rid of the `allowRefire` config and renamed `beforeCallback` to `beforeHandle`. The `allowRefire` config isn't needed because we'll allow a composite event to refire w/o a cancel event happening.

Also updated the docs for `compose` as well as the general README. Finally, updated `.travis.yml` so that we run tests against multiple Node instances `>= 4`.
