21 add code coverage check (#25)

* Add Coveralls gem

- Added Coveralls Gem with output of initial run.
- Configured to run SimpleCov to get human readable coverage report.
- When we have Coveralls service linked to repo, we can configure for
Coveralls instead.

* Start Coveralls to enable coverage service.

* Add Travis CI

* Clean up and Travis fix

- Demote Travis service
- Remove coverage directory from version control

* Add bundler and rake dependencies

* Add bundler and rake dependencies

* Default rake task runs specs
