Fixed a bug with browser crashing on diffing huge pages

This was supposed to be part of #6017 but was lost during all the
rebasing. Essentially - diffing large parts of dom is very inefficient
due to plugin markup being replaced almost everywhere so it's way
cheaper and faster to just replace the DOM.
