adds about page for the program

1. Adds about page and populate it based on config params

2. change config params from String to Text to pass 255 character limits for description of the program

3. adds custom validation for 255 max character for systemvariables type = string

4. adds url type to systemvariables

5. adds text type to systemvariables

6. adds required field for system variables. if true it lets the user to set the field as empty

7.adds test to cover all cases
