* Code to ConfigInterface rather than concrete class.

* Stop using deprecated Config methods.

* Fixes #607: Inject option default values when help command is run, so users can see the default from configuration in the help output.

* Update composer.lock using php5.6.

* Avoid ambiguity between \Robo\Config\Config and the Composer config task.

* Set minimum version of consolidation/config to 1.0.1.
