Communication: XPCC: Dispatcher: use xpcc::LinkedList instead of custom implementation

This might come at a somewhat higher runtime, because
remove operations are now O(n) instead of O(1),
but it is much more readable now, and if we want,
we can trade memory for speed and use a DoubleLinkedList.
