assemble external resources (#3)

* Add basic setup lifecycle tasks

`setup` will be the generic lifecycle task to kick of the basic setup
`assembleResources` will be the hook to start all resource gathering tasks

* Add unity dependency management methods

Add logic to copy/sync `jar`, `aar` and ios resources like `.framework`, `.mm`,
`.h` files

* Add plugins directory to clean task delete worker

`gradle clean` will delete `Assets/Plugins/iOS` and
`Assets/Plugins/Android` or the two folders based on the `assetDir`
value in the plugin extension.

* Make all AbstractUnity tasks dependOn setup task

* fixup! Add unity dependency management methods

* fixup! Add plugins directory to clean task delete worker

* Set jvm options for version check.

Ignore the whole spec on CI for now

* Use unpack solution for zipped .framework files

* Update README

add dependency management examples

* Fix unpack internal jar files in aar archives
