Greatly clean up website and packages

Removes:

- diffhtml-dox
- diffhtml-prollyfill

Moves to dogfooding the diffhtml-render-to-string module to get the
pages rendered as static markup. Going to try and host entirely on
GitHub so anyone can contribute and have an easier deployment.
