Commit Message

Import the MetaEvent and UID utility class from Yahoo's meta-data system.
These events support namespaces and applications. Metrics are in the
format:
<NAMESPACE>.<APPLICATION>.<METRIC>
More code is coming to buffer, parse and send these metrics into
individual indices for greater control over resources.
