WIP Add proof of concept streaming node provider

This node provider doesn't return connectors or labels (yet), but uses a
named binary databse-side cursor and returns result nodes in batches of
10000. It can be selected using the "postgis2dstream" node provider key.

Locally (= very fast download) this seems to be slower than the regular
query. Larger chunk sizes seem to improve performance though, but still
1bout 1.5 times slower than the original 2D query. Still, for slow
connections, this could help, because the download starts more or less
immediately. Also, once we want to return more data than what fits into
memory, an approach like this is probably needed.
