Fix #88 Don't suggest items after HEALTHCHECK CMD or NONE

While a HEALTHCHECK has flags that can be set, they are no longer
relevant after the CMD or NONE has been declared on the HEALTHCHECK.
We shouldn't be suggesting any flags if the current text cursor is
after the CMD or NONE.
