diffHTML struggles with HoC

Currently HoC are treated as empty fragments and are discarded. This is
really unfortunate, since we want them in the tree for lifecycle events.
This breaks things like react-redux connect() which uses the HoC
lifecycle events to bind to a store.

I've introduced a very error prone and duplicative HoC cache for now,
but this is temporary until we figure out a more official way of
handling.
