Widgets: Advanced "active" condition

Added support to the "active" widget option for callable or renderable strings to determine if the widget is active or not.

Examples:
- `{ "active": "isPublished" }`
- `{ "active": "!isPublished" }`

Changes:
- Added `AdminWidget::$activeCondition`
- Added `AdminWidget::setActive()` and `AdminWidget::active()` for "active" to track and resolve conditions
- Added `AdminWidget::parseConditionalLogic()` and `AdminWidget::resolveConditionalLogic()`
- Added `FormSidebarWidget::resolveConditionalLogic()` to resolve conditions using the form's object
