* moved to integration folder

* * removed the non-layering stuff since we only support layering
* added a line to list_children describing that it's only for testing.

* *reverted rbd create to supply old_format and features since those seem to be
 needed

* * catch rbd.ImageNotFound in `is_snap_protected`
* add comment showing is_snap_protected is only for tests
* group create and remove image into one test

* * create and remove image are separate independent tests because travis
 runs all the tests in a random order.
