updating local networks available in device if a request is denied (#231)

* updating local networks available in device if a request is denied, retesting after it if ip should be denied or not

* rollback not needed networks map management

* adapted failing test to the bugfix code

* line break to force travis retest

* updated karma version in package.json

* oops.. added back removed karma

* updated node version

* tweaked packages versions for tests to pass

* added firefox in travis before_install stage

* working locally with PhantomJS

* moved jshint to dev dependencies. install packages using regular npm install

* grammar corrections. Tests log level changed back to error

* added test to verify that same ip is allowed after network update having its network

* rephrase
