Archive chat markers (#1377)

* Treat messages with no <body/> as if it was empty

This is important when archiving chat markers which do not have
body element, but can be archived.

* Allow archiving chat markers with mod_mam config

* [skip ci] Document archiving chat markers

* Update exml to newest version

* Use `exml_query` insted of `xml` for querying XML

* Simplify qeurying possibly non existent msg body

* Wait for archive in chat markers MAM tests

* Don't archive chat markers if they contain disallowed elements
