Stop loading one copy of jquery 1.

Previously, hyku loaded one copy of jquery 3 (via sprockets) then one
copy of jquery 1 via the embed.js script and then another copy of jquery
1 in the dynamically created iframe.  This removes one of those
instances.  We need to wait for UV 3 to completely remove the dynamic
iframe, which will further decrease the page weight.
