[doc] Add TempSortDir (FORMTMPSORT, -ts) to the manual

- Also fix an outdated description of TempDir, which said -T option can
  be used instead of -t.
- optimscheme_ and optimvalue_ are put into the list of builtin
  preprocessor variables.

Close #209.
